What we collect
- Enquiry and guide forms: your name, email, phone number and anything you write in a message box — used to reply to you and, where you request a guide, to send it plus related tips you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- Usage data: basic, privacy-respecting analytics about page visits. We don't sell data or run third-party advertising trackers.
How it's used
To respond to enquiries, deliver requested guides, provide accountancy services if you become a client, and meet our legal obligations as a regulated accountancy practice.
Who we share it with
Service providers we use to run the site and communicate — our hosting provider, and our email platform Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which receives your name, email address and anything you write in a form so we can reply and send you any guide you asked for. Brevo processes your data in the EU. We also share with partners such as Mettle, FreeAgent or Swoop, but only when you choose to use them. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time: hello@buzzaccounting.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
