Prices exclude VAT. The accounting and tax fee is set by your turnover, and the instant quote works out your figure. Xero is paid to Xero, and its UK plans start at £18 a month + VAT.
Business Pulse is added to your accounting package. A budget, a cash flow forecast or a business plan can also be bought on its own, and we price it when we know what you need. Every fee is confirmed in writing before work starts.

No. Payroll is charged on top of the monthly fee: £8 per employee a month, or £12 if you pay weekly or fortnightly, with a £25 monthly minimum and a £75 set-up fee. Workplace pensions are £2 a month for each employee in the scheme, with a £150 set-up fee.

Business Pulse plans, reports and reviews, and you or your bookkeeper keep doing the day-to-day work. A Buzz finance team does the day-to-day work: bookkeeping, payroll, VAT, customer invoicing and supplier payments. The finance director service adds an annual one-page plan, a KPI dashboard and a quarterly board meeting with Peter Allen, and includes the finance team's work.
