What to have to hand

Roughly what you turn over, or expect to. A range is fine. It is the single number that changes what we would recommend and what it costs.
Whether you have staff, or plan to in the next year. Payroll and pensions are the part people forget to mention and then need in a hurry.
What you are using now — an accountant, a spreadsheet, a shoebox, or nothing yet. All four are normal answers and none of them is embarrassing.
Anything already overdue. A late filing or an unpaid bill does not put us off. Finding out about it in week four does.

What happens to what you send us

Your enquiry goes to an accountant, who reads it and replies. It does not go into a dialler, it is not sold on, and you will not start receiving calls from three other firms because you filled in a form.

If you tick the box for our email list you get the newsletter and you can leave it in one click. If you do not tick it, you hear from us about your enquiry and nothing else. If you decide we are not for you, tell us and that is the end of it — there is no follow-up sequence waiting to run.

Response times

How quickly you will hear back

This form: A reply from an accountant within one working day. Send it on a Friday evening and you will hear on Monday.
WhatsApp: Usually the fastest, and the best route if your question is short. Existing clients use it for nearly everything.
Booking a discovery call: Pick a slot that suits you and it is confirmed straight away. Half an hour, free, and no hard sell at the end of it.
A deadline in the next few days: Say so in the first line of your message. A filing deadline, an HMRC letter with a date on it, a funding round waiting on accounts — we move those up the queue, and we will tell you honestly if there is not enough time left to help.

If you have had no reply after a working day, chase us — something has gone wrong at our end.
